Joby + Rolling Stone

For an upcoming feature on Joby's founder and CEO, JoeBen Bevirt, we captured him exploring the redwoods in Santa Cruz, California. He grew up exploring these woods and has a deep emotional connection to the land. 

The company began in JoeBen's  workshop in these redwoods, where he and a small group of engineers experimented on electric flight. Joby's evnironmental mission comes from a deep love of nature.

The photoshoot is part of a longer strategic initiative to reconnect the company with its roots, after years of communications centered around technical progress.
